We are five hours into Election Night at the downballot level, and...curiously...right now we are EXACTLY where we left off in 2018. Four House seats have flipped—two in favor of the Democrats and two in favor of the Republicans. Likewise, in the Senate, the Republicans flipped Alabama while the Democrats flipped Colorado.
