The Associated Press and news networks are being justifiably cautious in projecting state-by-state winners in the presidential race, but here’s what we know so far, based on the AP.
Donald Trump has won Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
Joe Biden has won Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia.
That gives Biden 131 electoral votes and Trump 108 to this point.
Biden wins California, Washington, and Oregon, as the west coast states finish voting, and Trump wins Idaho. Biden also wins New Hampshire.
